He is survived by: his sons, Jacob (Kaylee) and John Hawkins; his former wife Mary Hawkins (Hunt); his sisters, Debbie Tate (Larry), Beverly Dressler (Don) and Peggy Hawkins; his nephews, Travis Tate and Christopher Sorensen; and his pet Koda.
