She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Hazer of Loves Park; her children, Ashley Spohr (Mike) of Rockford, Emily Wauchope (Richard) of Caledonia, Kyle Johnson (Matt) of Mankato, MN and Hailey Orlove (Adam) of Belvidere; her stepchildren, Nikita Erickson (Mike) of Rockford and Kyle Hazer of Loves Park; her grandchildren, Kamryn, Elinor, Noah, Ava, Poppy, Max, Evelyn, Owen, Jaylynn and Avianna; her siblings, Stan Showers (Mary), Wendy Ellingson (William) and Mary York; and her mother-in-law Verlys. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
