She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew A. Guler and Florence R. Guler (Nelson); her son David Johnson; her brother Darwyn Guler; and her brother-in-law Clarence Freburg.
She is survived by: her husband John R. Johnson; her children, Dawn Stock (Douglas), Dale Johnson (Tina) and Douglas Johnson (Janet); her grandchildren, Andria Brass (Stephen), Nathan Stock (Allison), Brandon Johnson (Annie), Brianna Johnson, Emily Suire (Jon), Kayla Hallen (Graham), Stephen Johnson (Sara) and Lauren Johnson; her siblings, Dyvone Freburg and Darrell Guler (Vicki); and her sister-in-law Rheba Guler. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Paul Lutheran Church - North West (4881 Kilburn Ave, Rockford, IL 61101). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
