He was predeceased by: his parents, James Drake and Avonne Drake (Dauenbaugh); his siblings, Patricia Johnson and Kenneth Drake; and his great grandchild Jeffrey Miles.
He is survived by: his wife Roxanne Hughes; his children, Katie Merfeld (Drake), Larry Drake (Anna) and Daniel Drake; his grandchildren, Angelica, Kayla, Trenton, Wiley and Samantha; his great grandchildren, Delois, Rhiannon, Jaster, Lillith and Leo; his brothers, Steven Drake, Douglas Drake and Bradley Drake (Cindy); his close friend Larry Bauer; and his pets, Tuxedo and Sophia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established.
