He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Loy and Alma Loy (Seidel); and his brother Theodore Loy (Donna). He is survived by: his daughters, Amanda Loy (Micheal Yates), Pamela Swanson (Brent) and Lisa Vega (Edward Reynolds); and his sister Joanne Anderson (John). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, and many extended family members, including nieces, nephews, and cousins.
