He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Locascio and Josephine Locascio (Fiorello); his wife Esther Arletta "Toots" Smith; and his brothers, John (Joan), Vincent (Nancy) and Carl Locascio.
He is survived by: his children, Carol Thomas (Jeff), Mike (Maria), Frank, Jr., Ken (Juah) and Greg Locascio (Esther); his grandchildren, Candy, Cathy, Kaitlyn, Sydney, Mallory and Jon; and his great grandchildren, Chase, Lauren and Nova.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Veterans' Home.
