He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Troy and Agnes Troy (Doering). He is survived by: his wife Karen Troy (Soper); and his children, Kurt, Andrea Cutler, Dirk and Jessica Schumann (Troy). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
