He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Spradlin and Odessa Spradlin (Smith); his siblings, James "Junior" Spradlin and Lonna Romero; and his sister-in-law Hiroko Spradlin.
He is survived by: his wife Sue; his children, Jason Spradlin (Tania), Joanna Lister (Chris), Christina Powell, Ivy Ward (Brian), Ann Marie Hudson (Al) and Roger Floberg (Nicole); his grandchildren, Sophia Spradlin, Samuel Spradlin, Chase Lister, Connor Lister, Jonathan Rial, Amber Spradlin, Bryor Powell, Catelynn Cloyd, Leah McKnight, Gwenath McKnight, Joe Padgett, Alyssa Levesque (Taylor), Cole Floberg, Hannah Floberg and Mason Floberg; his brothers, Leonard Spradlin and Curtis Spradlin (Sandra); and his sister-in-law Helen Spradlin. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
