It is with sadness that the passing of Linda J. Lynch of Loves Park, Illinois is shared. Linda, born on January 4, 1948, passed away on October 10, 2026. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Linda J. Lynch to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Schweiger and Virginia Schweiger (Bowes); her in-law John; her sister Ellen Osborn; and her brothers-in-law, Jerry Lynch and Patrick Lynch.
She is survived by: her husband Ed Lynch; her children, Shane Lynch (Diane), Joel Lynch (Amanda) and Nicole Lynch; her grandchildren, Tyler Walters, Abbigale Longo and Joanne Longo; and her siblings, Robert Schweiger Jr. (Arlene) and Georgina Fagan Jr. (James). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 9:30 AM. A rosary will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 7:45 PM at the Delehanty Funeral Home (401 River Ln, Loves Park, IL 61111). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Bridget Catholic Church (600 Clifford Ave, Loves Park, IL 61111).
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to St. Bridget School.
