Marilyn leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Marilyn’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Marilyn will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Wilcox and Rowa Wilcox; and her husband James Moffitt. She is survived by: her children, Brad Moffitt and Debbie Anderson; and her grandchildren, Jack, Bryan, Jamie, Megan, Brandon and Lindsey. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Honquest Family Funeral Home-Loves Park Chapel (4311 N Mulford Rd, Loves Park, IL 61111). A memorial service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
