He was predeceased by: his parents, Ozella Willard (Shupe) and James "Jim" Willard; and his wife Mary Sue "Suzy" Cadwell. He is survived by: his children, Matthew "Matt-Man" Willard and Amy Willard; and his grandchildren, Cyrus Willard, Malikai Willard, Amaya Hendricks, Cameron Hendricks, Anastasia Willard, Isabella Willard, Jasmine Jensen, Ashley Jensen and Brock Jensen. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
