She was predeceased by: her parents, Merle Phillips and Helen Phillips (Barnes); her husband Gerald E. Cochran; and her son Walter Andrew. She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth Cochran of Lovington, Daniel Cochran of Titusville, FL and Robert Cochran of New Athens; and her sister Sandra Fielden of Mt. Pulaski.
