Broutin-Hess of Lovington, Illinois, born in Decatur, Illinois, who passed away on April 29, 2023, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Tony Hess; and her sister-in-law Maria Broutin. She is survived by : her parents, Richard L. Broutin and Marjorie A. Broutin (Gillenwater) of Lovington; her sons, Sheldon Alan Gee (Sarah) of Indianapolis, IN and Aaron John "AJ" Gee (Brionna) of Champaign; her grandchildren, Jade, Birdie and Riverlyn; her brother Richard "Gene" Broutin (Tina) of Lovington; and her close friend Esque Ewing. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
