We announce the death of LuRe K. Lalley of Lyndon, Illinois, who passed away on September 1, 2026, at the age of 78. LuRe will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. LuRe will be remembered for the impact she had on the lives of those around her. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. LuRe’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Luke Sibley and Regina Sibley (Lempke); and her husband Charles Lalley. She is survived by: her children, LuResha McGinnis of Lyndon and Allen Lalley (Lisa) of Lyndon; her siblings, Dawn Fisk of Prophetstown and Michael Barnhart of Phoenix, AZ; her grandchildren, Ashley McGinnis, Cory McGinnis and Brooke Lalley; and her great grandchild Lars Armstrong.
