He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Lilly and Kaye Lilly (Matthews); and his siblings, Sandra Lilly, Robert Lilly and Richard Lilly.

He is survived by: his children, Chelsie (Brad Sterling) of Lyndon, Jennifer Sloter of Sterling and Justin Lilly (Tracey) of Texas; and his sister Deb. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
