He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John Russell, Roselyn Barnett, Charles and Gathor Sue Phipps; and his uncle Charles Phipps II.

He is survived by: his parents, Tim Phipps and Anita Phipps; his wife Stephanie Phipps; his children, Jack, Hannah and Lauren; his siblings, Chris, Mike (Kayla) and Jamie; and his siblings' children, Aubree and Austin. He is also survived by Aunts, many cousins, friends.
