She was predeceased by: her siblings, LaVerne Gnoyski (Adam) and James Kunes (Lee). She is survived by: her husband Charles John Scheffel; her children, Charles Scheffel, Sherilyn Ghazaleh (Nasser), Ellen Will (Ronald) and Joseph Scheffel; and her grandchildren, Nicole Montemagni (Nico), Joshua Will, Alexandra Ghazaleh and Chase Scheffel.

In lieu of flowers donations made to Cancer Foundation at cancer.org, Alzheimer's Association at alz.org or Michael J. Fox's Parkinson Foundation at michaeljfox.org would be appreciated.
