He is survived by: his nephew Gary Sullivan (Dee) of Stantonville, TN; his great-nephews, Alan Sullivan (Sarah) of Thompsonville, IL and Christopher Sullivan (Tina) of Pittsburg, IL; his close friend Curt Reed of McLeansboro, IL.; and also, Aaron Sullivan, Autumn Sullivan, Abigail Sullivan and Amelia Sullivan.
