She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Allen and Bobbie Allen. She is survived by: her children, Michelle Tillet (Jay Tillet), Randall Cregut (Tracy Cregut), Shannon Bitter (April Bitter) and Steven Bitter (Abby Bitter).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the humane society of Winnebago County, IL in Memory of Athena Bitter.
