Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Charles leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Rogers and Grace Rogers. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Rogers; his children, Stacy (Randy) and Kevin (Maria); and his grandchildren, Shaun (Toni), Kevin and Jeremy Rogers. He is also survived by Several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
