He is survived by: his mother Evarista Fish; his wife Kimberly; his children, Keith Fish (Jess), Heidi Weir (Joe), Samantha Whaples (Tony), Rebecca Killeen (Timothy), Amber Fish and Jason Powers; and his sisters, Linda Littlejohn and Patti Bontjes. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
