He was predeceased by: his father Fred C. Smith. He is survived by: his mother Jeanette R. Smith (Allbee); his children, Jason Smith (Leilah) and Stephanie Feher; and his brothers, Donald Smith and Douglas Smith (Suzie). He is also survived by five grandchildren.
