He is survived by: his wife Joanne Lasky; his children, Jim Moore, Bob Moore, Patti Wetch (Joe) and Tom Moore; his grandchildren, Natalie Moore, Torey Moore, Melissa Moore and Carolyn Westendorf (Cameron); and his great grandchildren, Silas, Beren, Edmund and Titus Westendorf.
