She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert E. Kellems (Zula Kellems) and Zula E. Kellems (Coon); her son Dayne Baxter; her granddaughter Tonya Palmer; her great grandchild Christopher Perez Palmer; her brothers, James and Robert Kellems; and her pet Rags.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Leigh Baxter; her children, Brenda Nalan (Dale), Wayne Baxter (Kendall) and Bill Baxter; her grandchildren, Jeremy Palmer (Savannah), Casey Esquivas (Peter), Michael Baxter, Joshua Baxter (David) and Sadie Baxter; her sister Frances Earline Johnson; and her sister-in-law Clarene Moser. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
