He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Hodges and Blanch Hodges (Revis); and his grandsons, Jason and Ronald Bannister. He is survived by: his children, Nancy Lusz (Dave) of Rockford and Phillip Hodges (Barbara) of South Beloit; his grandchildren, Richard Bannister of Machesney Park, James Bannister (Kim) of Rockford and Kelly Denk (Tim) of Rockford; his great grandchildren, Hannah, Taylor, Allison, Caitlyn, Zachary and Wesley; and his brother Ronald Hodges (Shirley) of Beloit, WI. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
