He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Milburn and L. Lucille Milburn (Hunt); his wife Katherine I. Billman; his sister Rosalie; and his grandson Adam Milburn.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Milburn, Mike Milburn, Chris Milburn (Karen) and Luanne Schafer (David); his grandchildren, Corey Milburn, Kelly Milburn, Courtney Milburn, Kyle Milburn (Jessica), Matt Schafer (Vanessa) and Tim Schafer; his great grandchildren, Evelyn, Brooklyn, Genevieve, John Thomas, Berkley, Annie, Emmett and Leo; his sister Jacquetta Shaffer; and his sisters-in-law, Mickey Billman and Norma Billman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Delehanty Funeral Home (401 River Ln, Loves Park, IL 61111). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Gardens (8800 N Alpine Rd, Machesney Park, IL 61115).
