He is survived by: his wife Kari Peebles; his children, Kyle Floyd and Keyea Duy (Ryan); his grandchildren, Chase Floyd, Caleigh Floyd, Peyton Duy, Trystin Bachman and Alyson Duy; his siblings, Mike Floyd (Sheila), Tony Floyd and Pady Fraley; and his sisters-in-law, Kris Arduino (Peebles) and Kathi Bouland (Peebles). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established.
