He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Hudnut and Juanita Williams-Swanson; and his brother Richard Hudnut. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Hudnut (Rena); his children, Michael Hudnut II (Jennifer), Bryon Hudnut (Angel), Brandy Rhamy (Will) and Melissa Delgado (Jesus); his grandchildren, Joshua (Morgan), Alexander (June), Olivia and Ashley; his sister Carol Plantz (Rick); and his close friend Sally. He is also survived by many other grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Honquest Family Funeral Home (4311 N Mulford Rd, Loves Park, IL 61111). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Wounded Warrior Project in Michael's honor.
