He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wiley R. Whaley and Zula A. Whaley (Bryant); and his siblings, Marvin Whaley (Jean) of Lincolnton, NC and Linda Jennings (Jim) of Machesney Park, IL. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly, many cousins and special friends.
