He was predeceased by: his parents, John Nicholas and Dolly Timbush (Moore); and his son Christopher Nicholas Timbush. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis A. Timbush (Raia); his sons, Ralph Timbush Jr. (April) and Samuel Timbush (Melissa); his grandchildren, Trisha Hughes (Kyle), Jennifer Spataro (James), Carmen Runblade, Lucas Timbush and Rebekah Timbush (Jose Ramirez); and his close friends, Judy Anderson and Steve Radke. He is also survived by several great grandchildren; numerous great & great great nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Memorial Christenson Funeral Home (925 3rd Ave, Rockford, IL 61104). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church (1010 Ferguson St, Rockford, IL 61102).
