He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph H. Richter and Rose E. Richter (Mickelson); his children, Robert Jr. and Angelique; and his siblings, Anthony, Larry, Ron (Mary Lou), Rick, Greg and Dawn.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Lynn Richter (Moore); his children, Cora Richter (Anthony King), Adam Richter (Melissa) and Paul Richter (Heather Pingo); his grandchildren, Kelcie, D'Nazia (Devan), Bailey, Kyla, Anthony Jr., Ashlyn and Caleigh; his great grandchildren, Remi, Dezmond and Dezirae; his siblings, Carol Lutovsky (late Ron), David Richter, Diane Lutovsky (late George), Brian Richter (Deb) and Sam Terronez (Mike); his siblings-in-law, Merrie-Lynn Johnson, Sue Richter, Larry King (Henrietta), Torie King and Don Davis (Liz); and his pet Toby. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews; many dear friends.
