Shirley E. Borop Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley E. Borop of Machesney Park, Illinois, born in Morrison, Illinois, who passed away on July 29, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Renzie Buikema and Iva Buikema (Tichler); and her sisters, Esther and Janice. She is survived by: her husband Douglas Borop; her children, Mark Borop and Kathy Helsinger (Daniel); her granddaughters, Abigail and Michela Helsinger; and her siblings, Allen Buikema and Beth Wroble (Steve). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
