He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Kluver and Talena Kluver (DeGrote). He is survived by: his wife Vera Clinkenbeard; and his children, Randy Kluver (Colleen) of Flower Mound, TX, Richard Kluver (Penny) of Three Lakes, WI and Cheryl Morgan (Curt Lamm) of Freeport, IL. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; 4 siblings; numerous nieces and nephews.
