He was predeceased by: his brother John Meredith. He is survived by: his daughters, Star Smith (Mark) and Misty Heady (Tim); his siblings, Ron Meredith (Cindy), Terry Meredith, Linda Eggen and Janie Winkler (Gene); and his sister-in-law Sue Meredith. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
