He is survived by: his children, Mike Payne (Marci) of Mackinaw, Randy Payne (Amy) of Mackinaw, Kim Whitaker (Larry) of Minier and Tammie Payne of Mackinaw; his grandchildren, Amanda, Randi (Robert), Laura Payne (Cody), Chris Templeton (Lori), Luke (Brealyn), Brandon (Danielle), Brady (Christina), Lainey Whitaker (Blake), Aleigh, Hannah Payne and Jadyn Payne; his great grandchildren, Gabby, Barrett, Channing, Trace, Charlee, Bruin, Denver and Blake; and his sisters, Marilyn Andrews (Gene) of Deer Creek, Brenda Plunk of Selmer and Judy McCollum of Eureka, IL..
