He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Boucher and Virginia Boucher; his sister Jane Siwak of Petersburg; his sons, Josh and Jake; and his grandchild Peyton.

He is survived by: his close friend Nancy Smalley; his children, Kathy, Kristen, Billy, Todd and Tori; and his wife Nancy. He is also survived by three daughters; four sons; 22 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 1st 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, May 2nd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 2nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (2104 S 14th St, Pekin, IL 61554).
