We bid farewell to Scott Lawson of Mackinaw, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 2, 2025 at the age of 63. Scott touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lawson and Deloris Lawson (Friedrich); his sister Vicki Rice; and his father-in-law Earl Neeman. He is survived by: his wife Anne Lawson of Mackinaw; his children, Tim Chambliss (Ashley), Deidre Bussey (Wesley), Cheyanne Lawson (Kyle Musselman), Matt Lawson and Eli Lawson; his grandchildren, Reed, Reese, Stella, Jozie, Zoey and Myles; his siblings, John Lawson of Pekin, Sandee Jones (Lonnie) of Allenspark and Sherry Donahue (Ed) of Somerset, Kentucky; his mother-in-law Carolyn Neeman; and his brother-in-law Scott Neeman (Lisa) of Crestview, Florida. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Living Hope Community Church (326 NW Jefferson St, Hopedale, IL 61747). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
