She was predeceased by: her parents, Arlo Coker and Zela Stoneking Coker; her husband Paul J. "Doc" Johnston; her son Paul Douglas Johnston; and her siblings, Duane, Rodney Coker, Betty Bohling and Martha Mae Standard.
She is survived by: her children, Greg Johnston (Linda), Mike Johnston, Pam Johnston and Renee Lotz (Bill); and her grandchildren, Edward P. Johnston (Amy), Michelle Johnston, Dina Hall (Rick), Brodie Lotz (Kristen), Hailey Lotz and Katelyn Lotz. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Memorials are encouraged to be made to MDH Hospice.
