We bid farewell to Anita Hill of Macomb, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 5, 2025 at the age of 86. Anita touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her father Lester Russell Riddell. She is survived by: her daughters, Denise Lucas (Collin) of Yorba Linda and Kristi Schroeder (Michael Moore) of Davenport, Iowa; her grandchildren, Corey Fowler (Liz), Jonathan Schannep (Amy), Lawson Fowler (Sarena), Taylor Wolfe (Ian), Erica Lucas (Nelson), Megan Montgomery (Jacob), Katie Becktold (Matt), Jack Lucas and Emma Schroeder (Mitchell); and her brother Dennis Riddell (Dolly) of Macomb. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Macomb American Legion (221 E Washington St, Macomb, IL 61455).
