It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Carson of Macomb, Illinois, who passed away on October 13, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Barbara Carson to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert S. Clarke and Enid Edie Clarke; her former husband Paul Carson, Jr.; her sister Rosemary C. Kelso; her son Christopher G. Sperry; her stepson Paul Jeffrey Carson; and her brother-in-law Jerry Purdum.
She is survived by: her sister Connie C. Purdum; her daughters, Sabrina (Luis) of Streator, Illinois, Jane (James) of Shaker Heights, Ohio, Sarah (Jay) of Millstone Township and Alison (David) of La Harpe, Illinois; her daughter-in-law Carol of Greenville; her stepson Edward Gregory Carson (Gail) of Belleville; her brother-in-law Roger Kelso; her family, Gordon and Mary Therrien; and also, Sarah and Blair. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, step-grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Municipality of Machin, Ontario, and specifically designated for the equipment fund of the Points North Family Health Team Clinic in Vermilion Bay, located at 87 Spruce Street, Box 250, Vermilion Bay, Ontario, P0V 2V0, in recognition of Bobbie's gratitude for many years of excellent medical care by Dr. Yvon Gagnon.
