He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Sylvester and Mary Alice Neblock (VanVleck); his daughter Susan Jonas; his granddaughter Melissa Jonas; and his siblings, John Mooney and Mary Alice Mooney.

He is survived by: his wife Rosemary J. McQueen; and his children, Carl S. Neblock (Michele) of O'Fallon, MO, Tracy N. Payne (Richard) of College Station, TX and Sheila N. Dietz of Macomb, IL. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the First Presbyterian Church of Macomb, Illinois.
