He was predeceased by: his wife Teresa Thorpe; his parent Carrie Lou Davis; and his siblings, Julia Davis and Arthur Thorpe. He is survived by: his children, Jessica Dittman and Richard Dittman; his granddaughter Cecilia Grace Bayard; his siblings, Jeremiah Davis, James Thorpe (Laurel) and Rebecca Leatherwood (Kortney); his niece Jeanetta Thorpe; and his cousin Martina Thorpe. He is also survived by many brothers- and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
