She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert "Peg" Nelson and Dorothy Mae Metcalf Nelson; her husband William H. "Bill" Payne; her sons, Jeffrey, Willie and Victor Payne; her grandchildren, Trent Hainline, Ryan Leach, Shane Ault and Nikki Sanchez; and her siblings-in-law, Barb and Jerry Cookson.
She is survived by: her children, Pam "Rob" Powell of Colchester, IL, Brenda L'Hommedieu of Macomb, IL, Roberta Ault (Stan) of Charlotte, NC, Cindy Sanchez (Jerry) of Galesburg, IL and Randy Payne (Karen) of Plymouth, IL; her niece Robin Leonard; and her nephew Rick Cookson. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
