He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Lyman and Melvina Pearl Knox (Page); his daughter Vicki Lynn LeClaire; and his siblings, Eleanor Louise Jipp, Helen Laurel Wisecup, Deloris Winona Pagliai, Raymond "Bud" Knox, Gloria Rene Yearian and Grace Miller.
He is survived by: his former wife Joyce Irene Flickinger; his children, Scott Knox of St. Augustine, Todd Knox (Margaret) of Colchester, Amy Howe (Dan) of Lexington and Kelly Brown of Macomb, Illinois; and his siblings, John Knox (Barbara), Margaret Uitermarkt (Tom), Marilyn Donnelly, Jeanette Bentley (Gerald) and Carolyn Pardun (Roger). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
