She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Thrasher and Georgia L. Thrasher (Bohon); her siblings, Lloyd Thrasher Jr. and Mary Lafary; and her children, Lynn Beck and Kevin Ebey.
She is survived by: her brother Thomas Thrasher of Bushnell; her former husband William Ebey; her children, James Ebey of Bushnell, Carol Bainter (Leon) of Macomb and JoAnn Beck of Macomb; and her husband Gordon Melvin of Roseville. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren.
