He was predeceased by: his parents, Duane "Buck" Smith and Rosalee Parks Smith. He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa "Missy" Hochstatter (Jeff) of Wyanet and Amanda "Mandy" Smith of Adair; his grandchildren, Taylor Rose Colston (Alex Dorothy), Tanner Lee James Reneau and Cameron Lee Lillie; his great grandchild Lennon LeAnn Dorothy; his sister Dixie Rouse (Roger) of Macomb; and his sibling's children, Stacey Rouse and Shawn Rouse.
Memorials may be made to the Scotland Trinity Presbyterian Church.
