Gene John Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gene John of Macomb, Illinois, who passed away on December 20, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard John and Bessie John (Friday); his son Gregory John; and his sisters, Erma Sester and Kathryn Akers.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Mason; his daughters, Terri Burnham (James) of Macomb and Julia Aten (Troy) of Colchester, Illinois; his siblings, Charles John of Macomb and Lucinda John of Macomb; and his daughter-in-law Lori John. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
