She was predeceased by: her former husband Robert "Bob" Anstine; her parents, Glenn Kaufman and Genetha Kaufman; her brother Robert Kaufman; and her great-niece Naya Sloca.
She is survived by: her children, Jacqueline, Colette, Stephanie, Madeline, Lizzie, Chris, Wesley (Katie) and Brianna; her grandson Elijah; her children, Emily (Mike), Haily and Ethan (Leigha); and her husband Apple.
Her passions included education, the arts, genealogy and the local library where she donated her time and resources to serve her local community and beyond in a variety of capacities.
