She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Thomas Barkley and Susan Barkley (Alford); her husband Gale E. Ruth; her daughter Donna Diane Ruth; and her siblings, Thomas Barkley, Charles Barkley, Preston Barkley, Mabel Hainline, Geraldine Booker, Dorothy McDevitt and Marilee Anderson.
She is survived by: her daughter Debra Joann Schrock (Alan); and her son-in-law Alan. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
