He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Wayland and Inza Reno Wayland; his siblings, Jimmy Wayland, Doug Wayland, Joseph W. Wayland, Nedra Amerine, Alma Feathers, Lila Alton, Jacquline Groves and Toni Schwanke; and his close friend Keith Bloomfield.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry Wayland; his children, James Wesley Wayland (Kristen), Darin Lee Foster (Cindy), Damon Foster, Tammy Wayland Plutz and Jane Wayland Irish; his grandchildren, Adam, Matt, Kylie, Kayla, Sydney and Isabella; his great grandchildren, Liley, Destiny, Ariannah, Bentley, Gemma and Scarlett; and his siblings, Richard Wayland, Quincy, Jesse Wayland (Carole), Especia Mason, Quincy, Darlyne Ackers (Charles), Avon and Lyn Newberry.
